About measures for further enhancement of activities of the National anti-doping Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of effective realization of single state policy in the sphere of the prevention of doping in sport and fight against it, ensuring compliance with the International convention about fight against dope in sport, the World anti-doping code and other international anti-doping standards, and also in view of recommendations and offers of the World Anti-Doping Agency:

1. Approve offers of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Finance, the National anti-doping Agency (further - the Agency) and National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan on:

to increase twice extreme number of managerial personnel of the Agency;

to application since April 1, 2021 in 1, the 5-fold size of tariff coefficients according to the approved categories of compensation on the Single scale of charges in case of determination of official pay rates of employees of the Agency;

to equating according to the status, payment terms of work, material stimulation and medical attendance of the CEO of the Agency with the first deputy minister.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 08.05.2023 No. PP-149

3. To the agency (N. Tursunov) to take measures:

a) in a month proceeding from requirements of the World Anti-Doping Agency - on the effective organization of activities and completion by qualified specialists:

The commission on therapeutic exception which is engaged in studying of statements and documents of athletes and pronouncement of the conclusions about use of the forbidden substances;

The commissions on the ethics which are engaged in studying and pronouncement of decisions on the facts of violation of anti-doping rules;

The appeal commission which is engaged in studying and pronouncement of decisions according to the statement of the party not concordant with the conclusion of the Commission on therapeutic exception and the decision of the Commission on ethics;

b) in two weeks - on bringing to the World Anti-Doping Agency of essence and contents of this resolution.

4. (T. Ishmetov) to allocate to the Ministry of Finance:

limit on acquisition and content of two special vehicles for central office of the Agency;

means within parameters of the Government budget for 2021, since 2022 - to provide necessary budgetary funds for expenses of the Agency based on reasonable calculations for the purpose of ensuring execution of this resolution.

5. To the Cabinet of Ministers in week time to take measures for placement of the Agency in the building having necessary conditions.

6. Make changes to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
