Based on the paragraph of third subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 No. 128-Z "About state regulation of trade and public catering", subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish classification of forms of trade according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2019 No. 56 "About classification of forms of retail trade".
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 8, 2021.

to the Resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of March 9, 2021 No. 14
1. Remote trade – form of retail trade in case of which the sales of goods are performed without use of shopping facilities based on the agreement of retail purchase and sale signed without simultaneous presence of the seller and the buyer after acquaintance of the buyer with the descriptions of the goods offered by the seller containing in catalogs, prospectuses, advertizing, booklets or provided in the photos or other information sources sent by the seller to the uncertain group of people with use of services of operators of mail service or extended in mass media or any other methods according to the legislation on information, informatization and information security including in the global computer Internet, excluding possibility of direct acquaintance of the buyer with goods or their samples at the time of the conclusion of such agreement.
2. Commission trade - form of retail trade in case of which in commission shop or commission section of shop the sales of goods are performed, accepted under the commission agreement from citizens.
3. Delivery trade - form of retail trade in case of which the sales of goods are performed with use of the vehicle which is specially equipped for sales of goods.
4. Peddling trade - form of retail trade in case of which the sales of goods are performed with use of tents, carts, trays, baskets, vending machines, other devices (further - portable means of peddling trade).
5. Trade in non-stationary shopping facilities - form of retail trade in case of which the sales of goods are performed with use of the shopping facilities representing the temporary design which is not capital structure (the building, construction) isolated by the room or their parts regardless of accession or non-alignment to engineering communications.
6. Trade in stationary shopping facilities - form of retail trade in case of which the sales of goods are performed with use of the shopping facilities representing capital structure (the building, construction) attached to engineering communications, the isolated room or their parts.
7. Trade at auctions - form of retail trade in case of which the sales of goods are performed at the biddings to the bidder who offered for them the highest price.
8. Trade on trade places - form of retail trade in case of which the sales of goods are performed in the markets on trade places. Parts of trade counter, trade row or the territory of the market for installation of portable shopping facilities and portable means of peddling trade which are equipped with administration of the market belong to trade places in the market and are provided to sellers for sales of goods.
9. Trade at fairs - form of retail trade in case of which the sales of goods are performed on places for sales of goods at fairs. The part of the territory of fair provided to the participant of fair for sales of goods belongs to the place for sales of goods at fair.
10. Trade through distributors - form of retail trade in case of which the sales of goods are performed without use of shopping facilities based on the agreement of retail purchase and sale signed in case of simultaneous presence of the seller and buyer after direct acquaintance of the buyer with the samples of goods and (or) their descriptions offered by the seller when holding the presentations or other actions directed to promotion of goods including direct sales by means of sales representatives, sales by means of commission agents.
