About questions of the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of optimization of activities of the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 96 and 97 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic "About structure of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 3, 2021 No. 4357-VI, being guided by Articles 10, 17 and 25 constitutional Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 15.11.2021 No. 251

2. Liquidate in the procedure established by the civil legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic Department of information and mass communications under the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic with transfer of the corresponding functions and established posts with financial and material resources in central office of the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- form liquidation commission for implementation of liquidation procedure of Department of information and mass communications under the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic, to organize accomplishment of the corresponding procedures;

- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

- take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

4. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the list according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

5. Determine that source of financing of maintenance costs of central office, subordinated and territorial subdivisions of the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic the republican budget is.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of education, culture and sport of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
