About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning superabsorbents for production of diapers
According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Items 16 and 18of the Regulations on the Euroasian economic commission (appendix №1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and item 4 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 №98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning superabsorbents for production of the diapers classified by code 3906 90 900 3 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023 inclusive.
a) in line item with code 3906 90 900 3 of the CN FEA EEU "7C" to replace the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the reference "91C";
b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 91C of the following content:
"<91C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.01.2021 till 31.12.2023 inclusive.".
3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2021.
