2. The note 51C to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 54) to state No. in the following edition:
"<51C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of March 5, 2021 No. 12 till 31.12.2022 inclusive.".
