About approval of the Standard agreement about provision to the population of services in gas supply and introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 1999 No. 2246

According to part seven of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About housing and communal services" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Standard agreement about provision to the population of services in gas supply which is attached.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 1999 N2246 "About Approval of Rules of Provision to the Population of Services in Gas Supply" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, N 50, Art. 2446; 2004, N 16, Art. 1101) following changes:

to exclude Item 2 of the resolution;

paragraph one of item 4 of the Rules approved by noted resolution to state in the following edition:

"4. Services in gas supply are provided to the consumer based on the agreement which is signed by it according to the standard agreement approved in accordance with the established procedure".
