According to part one of article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National agency of Ukraine concerning identification, search and asset management, 17 Procedures of the control of effective management of the assets approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2018 No. 351, for the purpose of streamlining of the document forms constituted when implementing ARMA of control of effective management of assets, PRIKAZYVAYU received from corruption and other crimes", to Items 13, of 16,:

1. Approve enclosed:

form of the notification on conducting exit check;

form of the act of counteraction to control;

reference form by results of control of effective management of assets in the form of exit check;

reference form by results of control of effective management of assets in the form of cameral check.

2. Declare invalid the order ARMA of August 3, 2018 No. 149 "About approval of the document forms constituted during control of effective management of assets", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2018 for No. 1023/32475.

3. Provide to legal support division submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control of execution of this order.
