Based on the item d) parts (1) the Art. 5, parts (1) Art. 11 of the Law on National Bank No. 548/1995, of part (7) Art. 63 of the Law on activities of banks No. 202/2017 and the item 5, item 56 and item 61 of Regulations about buffers of the capital of banks approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 110/2018 (it is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2018, No. 183-194, by the Art. 900), according to Methodology of identification of systemically significant societies (societies like O-SII) from the Republic of Moldova approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 192/2018, proceeding from results of researches of identification of societies of system value from the Republic of Moldova which determined 4 banks which exceeded importance threshold Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Establish the list of the banks which are societies of system value (O-SII type) from the Republic of Moldova according to provision on 31.12.2020 as follows:

a) JSC CB Moldova Agroindbank,

b) JSC CB Moldindconbank,

c) CB. "Victoriabank" of the joint-stock company,

d) Mobiasbanca - JSC OTP Group,

2. Establish O-SII buffer rate on individual basis for banks which are societies like O SII from the Republic of Moldova, as follows:
