"-Public service of migration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in Department of external migration, with transfer to maintaining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for functions on acceptance of kayrylman, persons who are looking for shelter (refugees) and the victims of human trafficking transferred to the jurisdiction of the Ministry of health and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic with the respective state, financial and material resources;".

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Regulations on the Information and consulting center of Public service of migration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 25, 2012 No. 317;

2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 6, 2014 No. 450;

3) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of Public service of migration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 11, 2015 No. 854;

4) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Representative office of Public service of migration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation" of March 2, 2016 No. 96.

6. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of international cooperation, department of social development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

8. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
