According to part four of article 279-8 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Approve the Procedure for free provision (including via the Internet) information on administrative offense in the field of safety on the road transport fixed in automatic mode, to persons behind whom vehicles, and/or to direct users of such vehicles which is applied are registered.

Procedure for free provision (including via the Internet) information on administrative offense in the field of safety on the road transport fixed in automatic mode, to persons behind whom vehicles, and/or to direct users of such vehicles are registered

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of free provision (including via the Internet) information on administrative offense in the field of safety on the road transport fixed in automatic mode, to persons in charge - to physical person or the head of the legal entity behind which the vehicle and if the information about the proper user of the corresponding vehicle is entered in the Unified state register of vehicles is registered, - to the proper user of the vehicle and if in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming are absent at the time of request of the information about the head of the legal entity behind which the vehicle, to person performing powers of the head of such legal entity is registered.

2. The person in charge according to article 279-8 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses at will addresses to territorial authority on provision of services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (through the territorial service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs) irrespective of registration of the place of residence of person or vehicle registration with the corresponding statement in which it specifies desirable method of receipt of information and subscriber number of means of mobile (mobile) communication and/or the e-mail address.

3. Based on the statement specified in Item 2 presents of the Procedure, the relevant territorial authority on provision of services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs gratuitously enters information on subscriber number of means of mobile (mobile) communication and/or the e-mail address of person in charge in the Unified state register of vehicles.

4. In case of making on the vehicle, belonging to person in charge, the administrative offense in the field of safety on road transport fixed in automatic mode, informing on such offense is performed by sending the message containing data relatively:

body which makes the decision on imposing of collection for administrative offense;

names of position, surname, own name, middle name (in the presence) face which issued the decree on administrative offense;

acceptance dates of such decision (pronouncement of the resolution);

the article of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses which requirements are violated;

the identifier for information access, posted on the official website by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

5. Address information of the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on which the person in charge can study the image or video of the vehicle at the time of making of administrative offense, the identifier for access to the stated information and procedure for release from the administrative responsibility contain in the resolution on the case of administrative offense in the field of safety on the road transport fixed in automatic mode according to article 283 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses.

6. Information on the administrative offenses in the field of safety on road transport fixed in automatic mode which are considered by service employees of Ukrtransbezopasnosti is posted for acquaintance on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

7. The Ministry of Internal Affairs provides through service on the official website access to information search with indication of number board of the vehicle, series and serial number of the form of the registration certificate of the vehicle.
