1. Determine that:

1.1. transfer (return) to the legal entities having special permissions (licenses) for sales right of weapon and the ammunition (further - suppliers) acquired at them office and civil weapon and ammunition to it in case of detection of technical defects is performed based on the statement of the owner with execution of the deed of conveyance (return) of office and civil weapon and ammunition to it in case of detection of technical defects (further if other is not established, - the act) in form according to appendix;

1.2. the statement is drawn up by the supplier in duplicate, one of which remains at the supplier, the second - is told to the owner. Date of its signing is considered date of creation of the act.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
