1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for the organization of functioning of posts of radiation and chemical observation it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. This Instruction determines procedure for the organization of functioning of posts of radiation and chemical observation.
2. In this Instruction the following terms and their determinations are used:
post of radiation and chemical observation (further - PRHN) - the structural element of network of observation and laboratory control of civil defense intended for collection of actual data about radiation and chemical situation;
individual radiation control - complex of the organizational and technical events for determination of doses of radiation of people held for the purpose of quantitative assessment of effect of impact on them ionizing radiation;
radiation control - the activities for sampling, carrying out measurements and assessment of their results performed for the purpose of receipt of information on radiation situation and also about levels of professional radiation and radiation of the population;
radiometric control - complex of the organizational and technical events held for the purpose of determination of intensity of ionizing radiation of the radioactive materials containing in the environment, or extent of radioactive pollution of people, the equipment, farm animals and plants, other elements of the environment;
