About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of raw materials of the mineral origin containing precious metal or compounds of precious metals

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning separate types of raw materials of the mineral origin containing precious metal or compounds of the precious metals classified by codes 2616 10 000 0, 2616 90 000 0, 7106 10 000 0, 7106 91 000 9, 7108 11 000 0, 7108 12 000 9, 7110 11 000 9, 7110 21 000 9, 7110 31 000 0, 7110 39 000 0, 7110 41 000 0 and 7110 49 000 0 CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till March 31, 2024 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) in line items with codes 2616 10 000 0, 2616 90 000 0, 7106 10 000 0, 7106 91 000 9, 7108 11 000 0, 7108 12 000 9, 7110 11 000 9, 7110 21 000 9, the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "6C" to replace 7110 31 000 0 and 7110 41 000 0 CN FEA EEU with the reference "89C";

b) with codes 7110 39 000 0 and 7110 49 000 0 CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth to add line items with the reference to the note "89C";

This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission on modification of the inventory concerning which the Republic of Kazakhstan according to obligations assumed as condition of accession to the World Trade Organization applies rates of import customs duties, lower in comparison with rates of duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, and the sizes of such rates of duties to separate types of raw materials of the mineral origin containing precious metal or compounds of precious metals.
