About some questions of carrying out the state types of control at automobile check points through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union in the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of stimulation of the export potential and process optimization when moving goods, animals and vehicles through the automobile check points located on customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union in the Kyrgyz Republic according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish prohibition on carrying out the state types of control at automobile check points through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union in the Kyrgyz Republic concerning goods, animals and the vehicles decreasing from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union according to customs procedure of export, except for the following types of the state control:

- radiation control;

- border control;

- transport (automobile) control;

- customs control.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 12.04.2024 No. 178

3. To the authorized state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic performing types of the state control at automobile check points through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union in the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to take the measures following from this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the relevant departments of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
