About approval of Aviation rules of Ukraine "Procedure and conditions of airborne transportations of dangerous goods"
According to parts one, the fifth Article 11, to article 97 of the Air code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About transportation of dangerous goods", to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Public air service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 2014 No. 520, to Appendix 18 to the Convention on international civil aviation and Technical instructions on safe transportation of dangerous goods by air of Doc 9284 AN/905 of ICAO I ORDER:
1. Approve Aviation rules of Ukraine "Procedure and conditions of airborne transportations of dangerous goods which are applied.
2. (Sadlovskaya I. P.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to management of air transportation and international cooperation:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order on the official website.
3. Bring in orders of Public service of Ukraine on supervision of safety of aircraft the following changes:
Item 6.10 of Chapter 6 of the Instruction on the organization of transportation of goods by air transport approved by the order of Public service of Ukraine on supervision of safety of aircraft of November 2, 2005 No. 822, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 21, 2005 for No. 1403/11683, to exclude 1).
With respect thereto Items 6.11 - 6.13 to consider respectively Items 6.10 - 6.12, and subitems 6.13.1 - 6.13.3 Items 6.13 to consider respectively subitems 6.12.1 - 6.12.3 Items 6.12;
Subitem 4.2.8 of Item 4.2 of Section 4 of Rules of airborne transportations of the loads approved by the order of Public service of Ukraine on supervision of safety of aircraft of March 14, 2006 No. 186, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 13, 2006 for No. 705/12579, to exclude 2).
With respect thereto to consider subitem 4.2.9 of Item 4.2 of Section 4 respectively subitem 4.2.8 of Item 4.2 of Section 4.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. These Aviation rules extend to all subjects of aviation activities and establish procedure and conditions of airborne transportations of dangerous goods and are obligatory for execution by all subjects of aviation activities.
2. The dangerous products and substances (further - dangerous goods) specified in the list of the current version of Doc 9284 of AN/905 ICAO Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Good by Air (further - Technical instructions), are transported by aircrafts according to the requirements established by Technical instructions.
