RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF ANTI-MONOPOLY REGULATION AND TRADE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About natural gas prices
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Establish selling prices on natural gas without the value added tax (further - the VAT) in case of settlement heat of combustion of 7900 kcal/CBM in case of Belarusian ruble exchange rate in relation to 2,5789:1 US dollar to the gas supplying organizations which are part of the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz by delivery through system of the gas supplying organizations (resellers), except the legal entities specified in Item 3 of this resolution in the amount of and in case of the consumed amount of natural gas in 2020 according to appendix.
2. In case of variation of the actual average monthly heat of combustion from estimated price on natural gas, specified in appendix to this resolution, are recalculated taking into account the actual heat of combustion on formula
where Tsf - the actual price is over 1000 CBM of natural gas;
C - stated price for 1000 CBM of natural gas;
Qf - the actual average monthly heat of combustion determined on border of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.
3. Establish natural gas prices for 1 CBM including VAT released by the gas supplying organizations which are part of the national production association on the fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz, the organizations having hostels regarding use of natural gas by the citizens living in them, to the religious organizations, the organizations using natural gas for needs of orphanages of family type, to children's villages (towns), children's hospices in the amount of:
in the presence of individual gas heating devices:
during the heating period:
from January 1 to May 31 - 0,1366 of Belarusian ruble;
from June 1 to December 31 - 0,1406 of Belarusian ruble;
during the summer period - 0,4840 of Belarusian ruble;
in the absence of individual gas heating devices - 0,4840 of Belarusian ruble.
The natural gas prices established by part one of this Item are not recalculated for the actual heat of combustion.
4. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2020 No. 34 "About change of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of April 1, 2020 No. 24";
the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of June 3, 2020 No. 43 "About change of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of April 1, 2020 No. 24";
the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of November 9, 2020 No. 71 "About natural gas prices".
5. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2021.
