Some questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Rename:

1) the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Seldenkorgau Kurylys" of Committee on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Seldenkorgau Kurylys" of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – RGP on PHV "Seldenkorgau Kurylys");

2) the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Reserve" of Committee on the state material reserves of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Reserve" of Committee on the state material reserves of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – RGP on PHV "Reserve").

2. Determine:

1) the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning RGP on PHV "Seldenkorgau Kurylys";

2) Committee on the state material reserves of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning RGP on PHV "Reserve".

3. To provide to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of charters of RGP on PHV "Seldenkorgau Kurylys" and RGP on PHV "Reserve";

2) the state re-registration of RGP on PHV "Seldenkorgau Kurylys" and RGP on PHV "Reserve" in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 23, 2020 No. 701 "Questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes:

"3. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to transfer to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan rights of possession also uses of the state blocks of shares and shares of the organizations according to appendix 2 to this resolution.";
