creations of the companies for conversion of export-oriented skins of astrakhan fur and broadtail and to production of finished goods in the field of karakulevodstvo;
financings of creation of fodder workshops (granulators), and also purchases agricultural the equipment and aggregates, the resource-saving equipment and modern technologies the business entities who are engaged in karakulevodstvo and cultivation of ferula;
acquisitions of seedling and seeds of ferula;
acquisitions of raw materials, materials and fitment;
constructions new, and also repair and upgrade of the operating water intaking constructions.
