Some questions of ensuring availability of medicines to treatment of rheumatic diseases

 Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that during out-patient treatment of persons leave of medicines with the international unlicensed name "Hlorokhin" and "Gidroksikhlorokhin" from drugstores or pharmaceutical Items of all patterns of ownership is allowed to be performed only according to the electronic recipes which are written out according to the rules approved by the Ministry of Health.

It is allowed to drugstores and pharmaceutical Items within 30 calendar days from the date of entry into force of this resolution to finish leave and realization of the purchased medicines with the international unlicensed name "Hlorokhin" and "Gidroksikhlorokhin" which are written out on paper prescription forms.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Paragraph two of Item 5 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 9, 2016 No. 862 "About state regulation of the prices of medicines" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 95, Art. 3102; 2017, 26, 749) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

1) according to the procedure of determination of the size of reimbursation of medicines, approved by the specified resolution:

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. Trade names of medicines which wholesale selling price for packaging does not exceed extreme wholesale selling price in terms of daily dose of medicine, except medicines which are specified in the Section "Rheumatic Diseases" of the list of the international unlicensed names of medicines are entered in the Register.";

the paragraph one of Item 6 to state in the following edition:

"6. The Register joins trade names of the medicines which are subject to reimbursation, the reimbursation size (daily dose of medicine and for packaging), the surcharge amounts (in case of implementation of partial reimbursation), retail price for packaging and other information according to the Register form approved by the Ministry of Health.
