1. Rename Committee of language policy of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan into Committee of language policy of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to transfer in the procedure established by the legislation to Committee of language policy of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan rights of possession and uses of the state block of shares of non-commercial joint-stock company "National Scientific and Practical Center "T_l-Kazyna" of Shaysultan Shayakhmetov".

4. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take other measures following from this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
