About entering of amendments into the Law "About the Commission on Prevention of Corruption"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 29, 2020

Article 1. No. ZR-96 "About the Commission on prevention of corruption" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 23 of the Law of June 9, 2017 with Item 9 of the following content:

"9) control of the current financial activities of batches in the cases and procedure established by the Constitutional law "About Batches", including check of observance of requirements and to submission of annual statements about sources of means of financing and expenses, and also about property of batches (further - annual statements of batches), and the reliability and completeness containing in them information and data.".

Article 2. Regarding 1 article 24 of the Law:

Item 3 after words of "official persons customs applicants" to add 1) with words ", including officials of governing bodies of the batches provided by the Constitutional law "About Batches";

To add 2) with Items 27-29 of the following content:

"27) checks observance of requirements to submission of annual statements of the batches and reliability and completeness containing in them information and data;

Considers 28) and resolves cases on the violations connected with financial activities of batches and annual statements of batches;

29) performs other powers provided by this Law and the Constitutional law "About Batches".".

Article 3. To add heading of Chapter 5 of the Law after the word "ANALYSIS" with the word", CHECK".

Article 4. To add part 7 of article 25 of the Law after words of "official person customs applicant" with words ", including the official of the governing body of batch provided by the Constitutional law "About Batches".

Article 5. Add the law with Article 40.1 of the following content:

"Article 40.1. Verification of annual statements of batches
