About measures for development of science and stimulation of research works in the field of forestry

For the purpose of implementation of the Concept of development of system of forestry of the Republic of Uzbekistan till 2030, ensuring integration of science and production, stimulation of research works, and also the enhancement of system of training having the best foreign practices corresponding to the level of international standards in forestry:

1. Agree with the offers of the State committee on forestry, the Ministry of Economic Development and reducing poverty and the Ministry of Finance providing since February 1, 2021:

a) creation:

Managements on coordination of activities of the scientific organizations and implementations of innovations from 4 established posts in structure of central office of the State committee on forestry for the purpose of preparation, retraining, advanced training and the system organization of foreign training of personnel in the field of forestry, and also widespread introduction of innovative developments in production;

Scientific experimental station of fistashkovodstvo in the form of public institution under Research institution of forestry based on uterine plantations of pistachio on the site "Oktosh" of Gallyaaralsky department of the Jizzakh state forestry for the purpose of development of fistashkovodstvo, selection of new and high-yielding grades and types of pistachios, division into districts, and also the organization of seminars, trainings and other actions for fistashkovodstvo for foresters, farmer and Dehkan farms;

Department of economy of the wood in structure of Research institution of forestry for the purpose of ensuring development and deployment in forest practice of process charts of forest actions;

b) abolition of the Center of the analysis of seed farming forest and herbs under the State committee on forestry and transfer of forestry to its Research institution with preserving material and technical resources for the purpose of development of forest seed farming and coordination of analysis results of seeds of forest plants with research works.

Determine that the changes made to structures of central office of the State committee on forestry and Research institution of forestry are performed at the expense of the established posts released as a result of abolition of the Center of the analysis of seed farming forest and herbs and also optimization of established posts of the Jizzakh state forestry.

2. Determine that the Research institution of forestry is legal successor by the rights, obligations and agreements of the abolished Center of the analysis of seed farming forest and herbs.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 23.11.2023 No. UP-199

5. Determine that since January 1, 2021 5 percent of general receipts in Fund of development of forestry of the State committee on forestry go for support of activities of Research institution of forestry and the scientific organizations of its system, and also material stimulation of their workers.

6. Make changes to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

7. Assign to the chairman of the State committee on forestry N. Zh. Bakirov the personal responsibility for the effective organization of execution of this resolution.

Quarterly discussion of course of execution of this resolution, and also implementation of coordination and control of activities of the departments responsible for its execution to assign to the deputy prime minister Sh. M. Ganiyev.

To inform the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan till June 1, 2021 on effectiveness of the performed measures and till January 1, 2022.

design institute of Urmonloyikh, the State unitary enterprise "Urmonkurilish", the State unitary enterprise "Urmontekhnoservice" - extrabudgetary funds.";

c) to state the text of appendix No. 1 in the following edition:

"Organizational structure of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on forestry

d) to state the text of appendix No. 1a in the following edition:

"The list of the organizations and departments which are a part of the system of the State committee on forestry of the Republic of Uzbekistan
