About approval of the List of banks of Ukraine and conditions on which these banks will be involved in cash servicing of managers and receivers of budgetary funds and other clients on issue of cash by checks of bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine in 2021-2023

According to Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2001 No. 200 "Some questions of treasurer servicing of managers and receivers of budgetary funds and other clients" and results of tender on determination of banks of Ukraine which will be involved in cash servicing of managers and receivers of budgetary funds and other clients on issue of cash by checks of bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine in 2021-2023, PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the List of banks of Ukraine and condition on which these banks will be involved in cash servicing of managers and receivers of budgetary funds and other clients on issue of cash by checks of bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine in 2021-2023 (further - the List and conditions) which are applied.

2. Determine that for bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine the decision of managers and receivers of budgetary funds and other clients who are served by them concerning the choice of bank is priority.

3. Determine that for cash disbursement of money bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine open accounts on balance sheet accounts 257 of group of the Chart of accounts of the financial accounting of banks of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 11, 2017 No. 89, in organizations of the banks given in the List and conditions.

4. Determine that in case of situation which will threaten timely and in full to issue of cash by checks of bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine during 2021-2023 the Public treasurer service of Ukraine has the right to initiate suspension of receipt of the services offered by bank and to offer the contest committee by determination of banks of Ukraine which will be involved in cash servicing of managers and receivers of budgetary funds and other clients on issue of cash by checks of bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine, to consider question of exception of bank concerning which there was such threat, from the List and conditions.

5. To provide to department of financial policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and Management of liquidity and treasurer transactions of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

6. To provide to department of document flow and control of execution of documents of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

7. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

8. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister concerning the European integration Draganchuk Yu. A. and Chairman of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine Slyuz T. Ya.
