RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About documents according to which validity is extended

(as amended of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 09.06.2021 No. 320)

Based on Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2020 "About prolongation of effective period of documents" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 442

1. Establish:

the list of the ministerial procedures performed according to petitions from citizens, effective period of the issued references or other documents according to which it is once prolonged for six months if effective period of such references and other documents expired (expires) from November 10, 2020 to November 10, 2021 inclusive, according to appendix 1;

the list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, effective period of the issued references or other documents according to which it is once prolonged for six months if effective period of such references and other documents expired (expires) from November 10, 2020 to November 10, 2021 inclusive, according to appendix 2;

the list of the documents issued to physical persons and legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, other decisions which validity is once extended for six months if effective period of such documents, other decisions expired (expires) from November 10, 2020 to November 10, 2021 inclusive, according to appendix 3.

2. The prolongation of effective period of references, other documents and decisions specified in Item 1 of this resolution does not interfere with citizens, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to address to authorized bodies behind implementation of ministerial procedure, for issue of documents and adoption of other decisions in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since November 10, 2020.
