About approval of the list of the standards and technical specifications permitted for realization in means of cryptographic information protection

According to Item 24 parts one of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine", parts one and the second article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About standardization", the subitem 7 of Item 4, Item 10 of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of cryptographic information protection in compliance with the legislation of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve such which are applied:

1) the list of the standards and technical specifications permitted for realization in means of cryptographic information protection (further - the List);

2) Technical specifications in RFC 5652.

2. Determine that:

1) in means of cryptographic protection of the state information resources or information which requirement concerning protection is established by the law cryptographic algorithms and cryptoprotocols which are national standards in volume of safety features according to the List are implemented if other is not established by regulatory legal acts;

2) the standards determined by Item 3 of the Section I and Item 5 of the Section V of the List are applied only to ensuring compatibility with the means of cryptographic information protection put into operation before entry into force of this order.

3. Declare invalid the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine of December 18, 2012 No. 739 "About approval of Requirements to formats of cryptographic messages", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 14, 2013 for No. 108/22640 (with changes).

4. To provide to the director of the department of information protection of Administration of Public service of special communication and information protection of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy Chairmen of Public service special communication and information protection of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
