1. Liquidate republican public institutions of Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the list according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 25, the Art. 311) the following changes:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
