In paragraph four of Article 4 of the word of "the state supervision" shall be replaced with words 1) "federal state control (supervision)";
2) in Chapter III:
a) in the name of the word "state supervision" shall be replaced with words "federal state control (supervision)";
b) recognize Article 14 invalid;
c) state Article 15 in the following edition:
