In the note 4C to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 54) the words "from 01.09.2018 till 04.01.2021 inclusive" shall be replaced with words No. "from 05.01.2021 till 04.01.2024 inclusive".

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 5, 2021.
