Questions of the Interdepartmental commission on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on questions of military and technical cooperation and export control approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 5, 2007 No. 180 "About Interdepartmental the commission on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control" (with the changes made by Decrees of August 13, 2014 No. 646, of August 22, 2014 No. 661, of September 11, 2014 No. 717, of May 28, 2015 No. 297 and of December 11, 2019 No. 896), the following changes:

1) in Item 6:

first and third to state paragraphs respectively in the following edition:

"6. The commission is formed as a part of the chairman, two vice-chairmen, the secretary and other members of the commission";

"Vice-chairmen of the Commission are on position the First Deputy Minister of strategic industries of Ukraine, the deputy minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine to whose competence according to distribution of powers questions of military and technical cooperation and export control are carried";

in paragraph four after words of "The chairman of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine" to add with words of "the chief of Head department of investigation of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine", and to exclude the words "chief of Head department of investigation of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine";

the fifth to add the paragraph with the offer of the following content: "The secretary of the Commission will organize and provides the work coordination connected with preparation and carrying out commission sessions";

Paragraph one of Item 10 to state 2) in the following edition:

"10. Decisions of the Commission are made after discussion on commission session of appropriate questions of the agenda by a majority vote of the members of the commission who are present at meeting".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
