About some questions of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) republican public institution "Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by allocation from it republican public institution "Committee of fishery of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

2) republican public institutions – territorial subdivisions of Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Determine interregional basin inspections of fishery of Committee of fishery of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan by legal successors of the rights and obligations of republican public institutions – territorial subdivisions of Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fish resources and other water animals according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. Rename the republican state companies of Committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

4. Determine Committee of fishery of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the republican state companies specified in Item 3 of this resolution.

5. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to transfer in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Committee of fishery of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan rights of possession and uses of the state share of "Research and Production Center of Fishery" limited liability partnership.

6. Approve the enclosed changes and addition which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7. To the ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.

8. This resolution becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
