1. Approve the enclosed Rules of removal by subjects of entrepreneurship of cash from bank accounts.

2. To department of cash circulation of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kazhmuratov Zh. T.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) together with Legal department of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kasenov A. S.) state registration of these joint resolutions and the order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of these joint resolutions and the order on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after their official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of these joint resolutions and the order submission to Legal department of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by the subitem 2) of this Item and Item of 3 presents of joint resolutions and the order.

1. These rules of removal by subjects of entrepreneurship of cash from bank accounts (further – Rules) are developed according to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) (further – the Tax code), the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – the Law on National Bank), "About state regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations" and "About the state statistics" and determine procedure for removal by subjects of entrepreneurship of cash from bank accounts, including conditions of removal by subjects of entrepreneurship of cash from bank accounts over the established extreme sizes, procedure for submission to body of state revenues and authorized body of data and information on removal by subjects of entrepreneurship of cash from bank accounts over the established extreme sizes, including form, list and terms of their representation.
