The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Withdraw from the international treaties signed within the Commonwealth of Independent States according to the list which is attached.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the established procedure to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on exit from the international treaties signed within the Commonwealth of Independent States.

1. The mountain charter of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States made on March 27, 1997 in Moscow.

3. The agreement on coordination of the interstate relations in the field of power industry of the Commonwealth of Independent States made on February 14, 1992 in Minsk.

4. The agreement on the basic principles of cooperation in the field of peaceful use of atomic energy made on June 26, 1992 in Minsk.
