According to article 9-3 of the Law of Ukraine "About alternative energy sources" for the purpose of the organization of auctions for distribution of quotas of support of electric power producers from alternative energy sources, PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Approve the Standard agreement about holding electronic auctions on distribution of quota of support between the customer of auction and the operator of an electronic trading platform who is applied.
2. To provide to management of electrical power complex and market development of electrical energy in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
