About questions of creation of non-commercial joint-stock company "Kazakhstan agency of the international development "KazAID"

In compliance with the subitem 3) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2014 "About official aid to development" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create non-commercial joint-stock company "The Kazakhstan agency of the international development "KazAID" (further - society) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine society the operator in the sphere of official aid to development which main object of activity is assistance in rendering official aid to development, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To create the authorized capital of society for the transfer account in payment of shares of the republican property which is on balance of public institution of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry), according to appendix to this resolution.

4. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) approval of the charter of society;

2) election of person authorized on behalf of society on signing of documents for state registration, implementation of financial and economic activities and representation of its interests before the third parties before formation of bodies of society;

3) state registration of society in judicial authorities;

4) transfer to the Ministry of rights of possession and use of the state block of shares of society;

5) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
