About measures for expansion and deepening of cooperation of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, the International fund of agricultural development of the UN and World food programme of the UN

For the purpose of strengthening of interaction with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (further - FAO), the International fund of agricultural development of the UN (further - MFSR) and the World food programme of the UN (further - the runway), directed to effective implementation of tasks on development, upgrade and structural transformations of agro-industrial complex, ensuring food security, and also further increase in resource potential and effectiveness of activities for cooperation increase with the specified international organizations located in Rome (Italy):

1. Take into consideration that at the 32nd Regional conference of FAO for Europe (further - the Regional conference) which took place on November 2 - 4, 2020 the Republic of Uzbekistan is elected the chairman of the Regional conference to the two-year period.

2. Determine the priority directions of comprehensive cooperation increase with FAO, MFSR and runway:

ensuring promotion of interests of the country and efficiency of implementation of all decisions made within chairmanship in the Regional conference, implementation of plans of practical cooperation between Uzbekistan and the specified international structures;

close cooperation with member countries of the Regional conference on implementation of the best international experience and skills, knowledge and innovations for the purpose of development of agricultural industry and ensuring food security of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

bringing to the international community of achievements of the Republic of Uzbekistan in strong growth of agricultural industry and ensuring food security;

promotion within FAO, MFSR and the runway of radical interests and line items of the country concerning effective realization of agrarian and food policy, and also use of their potential for deepening of cooperation with specialized global funds and the international organizations;

development and realization of national strategy, programs and projects by attraction of grant, financial and technical and expert assistance of FAO, MFSR and the runway for the purpose of improvement of quality of power supply and level of living of the population of Uzbekistan, ensuring production efficiency of food products, and also implementation of advanced technologies in industry of agricultural industry;

maintenance of permanent contacts with FAO, MFSR and the runway, implementation of mutual visits at the high and expert levels, participation in the international events held by the parties and strengthening of constructive dialogue with them.

3. Appoint the Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Italy as the Permanent representative of Uzbekistan under FAO, MFSR and runway in combination, with assignment of tasks to it on coordination of all complex of questions of interaction of Uzbekistan from FAO, MFSR and runway.

4. Enter into the staff list of Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Italy (further - Embassy) the adviser's position - the deputy of the Permanent representative of Uzbekistan under FAO, MFSR and runway, having assigned to it obligations on development of system practical cooperation with FAO, MFSR and the runway, with corresponding change of the salary fund.

5. Transform position of the adviser of Embassy to position of the adviser of Embassy for trade and economic questions.

6. Approve:

the staff list of Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Italy according to appendix No. 1;

"Road map" on expansion of interaction of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, the International fund of agricultural development of the UN and the World food programme of the UN and to ensuring successful chairmanship of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the 32nd Regional conference of FAO for Europe according to appendix No. 2.

To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs together with the Ministry of Agriculture once in half a year to introduce the analysis of course of execution of "Road map" in Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7. To the Ministry of Finance to allocate to Embassy limit for maintenance in addition of one car.

8. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

make corresponding changes to expense budget on content of Embassy for 2020 taking into account changes in the staff list of Embassy;

to perform financing of the expenses connected with introduction of additional established post and acquisition of the car for the account and within the means of the Government budget allocated for maintenance of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Uzbekistan abroad.

9. Declare invalid appendix No. 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 2, 1998 No. 143 "About opening of Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Italy".

10. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov, the head of Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Z. Sh. Nizomiddinov.
