1. Approve the enclosed requirements to the equipment of the places allocated especially for consumption of tobacco products, including products with the heated tobacco, systems for tobacco heating.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 24, 2015 No. 122 "About approval of Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to the equipment of the places allocated especially for consumption of tobacco products" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10952, it is published on June 1, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) and Item 2 of the List of some orders of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and amendment are made, the acting minister of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of September 3, 2018 No. KR DSM-9 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 17501, it is published on October 15, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

3. To provide to committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Requirements to the equipment of the places allocated especially for consumption of tobacco products, including products with the heated tobacco, systems for tobacco heating

1. These requirements to the equipment of the places allocated especially for consumption of tobacco products, including products with the heated tobacco, systems for tobacco heating are developed according to Item 7 of article 110 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About health of the people and health care system.

2. The places allocated especially for consumption of tobacco products, including products with the heated tobacco, systems for tobacco heating (further – the Places allocated especially for consumption of tobacco products) place in the certain rooms equipped with door or the similar device interfering penetration of the pollution allocated in the course of consumption of tobacco products to adjacent rooms.

The places allocated especially for consumption of tobacco products are allowed to be placed in the form of cabins.

3. From outer side of the places allocated especially for consumption of tobacco products on foregrounds the text or the sign "The Place for Consumption of Tobacco Products" is placed.

4. In the places allocated especially for consumption of tobacco products consumption of drinks and food is not allowed.

5. The places allocated especially for consumption of tobacco products are equipped:

1) indoors forced-air and exhaust system of the ventilation with mechanical motivation providing assimilation of the pollution allocated in the course of consumption of tobacco products, and also interfering penetration of the polluted air into adjacent rooms, separately from general exhaust system of ventilation;

2) ashtrays and (or) special ballot boxes for collection of stubs and fire extinguishers (amount at least 5 kilograms). Filling of ballot boxes with sand and other nonflammable absorbing materials for the purpose of ensuring suppression of stubs and matches is allowed;

3) is allowed to be placed in means, allowing to get rid of tobacco smoke and (or) smell.

6. In the places allocated especially for consumption of tobacco products daily damp cleaning using washing and disinfectants is carried out. Ballot boxes and ashtrays daily and in process of filling are exempted from stubs and garbage, daily wash using washing and disinfectants.

7. The places allocated especially for consumption of tobacco products are isolated from sanitary and household rooms, for the purpose of exception of contact non-smoking with the pollution allocated in the course of consumption of tobacco products.

8. In the places allocated especially for consumption of tobacco products on foregrounds information on harm of consumption of tobacco products, on prohibition of consumption of drinks, food, tobacco for hookah and hookah mix in the form of texts and (or) pictograms is placed, the information material about harm of consumption of tobacco products, including products with the heated tobacco, systems for tobacco heating is provided.
