About approval of the Regulations on the certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic and descriptions of the form of the certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve:

- Regulations on the certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

- the description of the form of the certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2;

- the description of the form of the interim certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 3.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 3, 2017 No. 196 the following changes:

in the Regulations on national passports of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 8 with the paragraph the tenth the following content:

"-in case of execution of the certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic in connection with loss of the national passport outside the Kyrgyz Republic.";

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- direct samples of new blank forms of the certificate to return to the Kyrgyz Republic to the Border service of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- notify through diplomatic channels foreign states on introduction into circulation of the certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic of new sample according to this resolution.

3-1. Determine that:

- the description of the form of the interim certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic is applied till April 1, 2021, except for execution of the interim certificate to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, including their minor children repatriated from the Syrian Arab Republic;

- the description of the form of the certificate on return to the Kyrgyz Republic is applied since April 1, 2021.";

- to state the description of the form of the certificate on the return to the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
