About some questions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation the republican state state company "Republican Scientific and Practical Center "Uchebnik" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by transformation to the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican scientific and practical center of examination of content of education" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the company).

2. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) main object of activity of the company organization of conducting examination of textbooks, educational and methodical complexes and benefits for the education levels.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) introduction on approval into Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the charter of the company specified in Item 1 of this resolution;

2) state registration of the company in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 19.08.2022 No. 581

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
