About measures for further development of system of preparation, retraining and advanced training of managerial personnel in Academy of public administration in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

forming at listeners of strong knowledge in the field of the public, economic and public administration, psychology, information and communication technologies and systems of "the electronic government", the legal basis and modern methods of management, initiative and leadership skills, and also development of skills on systems analysis and strategic planning, decision making in extraordinary conditions;
system studying and the analysis of the current and perspective demands in managerial personnel of public authorities, the public and economic board and non-state non-profit organizations, and also forming on this basis of annual target order portfolio on training on the specialties set to Academy;
forming of the database of potential candidates for preparation, retrainings and advanced trainings of managerial personnel, and also carrying out on system basis of monitoring of professional growth of graduates;
ensuring system studying of problems of youth, development of training, educational and methodical materials and carrying out scientific research on urgent problems of youth;
assistance and methodical management in the organization of training of deputies regional, district and city Kengasha of People's Deputies, members of political parties, and also organization of training courses of deputies of Legislative house and members of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
preparation of information and analytical materials on condition and quality of personnel security in public authorities, the public and economic board and public organizations, to forming of their reserve of personnel, development of techniques of matching, arrangement and appointment of the managerial personnel, the organizations of monitoring of personnel potential of the public and public administration;
preparation scientific and research and educational personnel of the top skills according to the legislation;
carrying out complex scientific research on urgent problems of the public and public administration, increase in efficiency of personnel policy, studying of the international experience in the field of reforming of public service and development on this basis of offers on further enhancement of management system in the republic;
involvement of foreign highly qualified specialists for educational and scientific and methodical work, carrying out consultations on contractual basis, and also the conclusion of agreements and cooperation with the foreign educational, research organizations in the field of preparation, retraining and advanced training of managerial personnel.
