Some questions of implementation of the Framework agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark of rather general terms and procedures, organizational actions and financial sales terms of the Danida Business Finance program in Ukraine
For the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of implementation of steady infrastructure projects in Ukraine due to financing by the Danish Side on favorable terms according to the Framework agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark of rather general terms and procedures, organizational actions and financial sales terms of the Danida Business Finance program in Ukraine, and also the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides increases in efficiency of use of the raised funds:
1. Determine responsible for selection and projects implementation within cooperation with Danida Business Finance in Ukraine the following central executive bodies:
The ministry of development of communities and territories - the projects connected with development and upgrade of local infrastructure (except temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, and also the territories adjoining to them);
The ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories - the projects connected with reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and also the projects connected with development of infrastructure of the territories adjoining to them;
Department of Energy - projects in the sphere of alternative types of fuel, power industry and heat supply;
The state agency on energy efficiency and energy saving - projects in spheres of energy efficiency, energy saving and renewable power.
2. Make change to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 2016 No. 70 "About procedure for preparation, realization, monitoring and completion of projects implementation of economic and social development of Ukraine which are supported by international financial institutions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 16, of the Art. 627), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"Realization, carrying out monitoring and project completion, financed within the Danida Business Finance program in Ukraine, are performed according to the Procedure approved by this resolution taking into account provisions of the Framework agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark of rather general terms and procedures, organizational actions and financial sales terms of the Danida Business Finance program in Ukraine.".
3. To responsible central executive bodies in two-month time to prepare and submit for approval of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine procedure for selection of the projects which are subject to financing according to provisions of the specified Framework agreement in the respective spheres.
