Article 1

In Item 3 of article 33 of the Federal Law of December 8, 1995 No. 193-FZ "About agricultural cooperation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 50, Art. 4870; 1999, No. 8, Art. 973; 2003, No. 24, Art. 2248; 2006, No. 45, Art. 4635; 2014, No. 45, Art. 6154; 2020, No. 29, of the Art. 4506) of the word "in 100 thousand times the minimum wage established by the Federal Law" shall be replaced with words "10 million rubles".

Article 2

In paragraph five of part one of article 446 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 46, Art. 4532; 2005, No. 1, Art. 20; No. 30, Art. 3104; 2007, No. 41, Art. 4845; 2009, No. 7, of the Art. 771) of the word "hundred minimum wages established by the Federal Law" shall be replaced with words "ten thousand rubles".

Article 3

Bring in the Federal Law of November 14, 2002 No. 161-FZ "About state and municipal unitary enterprises" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 48, Art. 4746; 2010, No. 27, Art. 3436; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3480; No. 52, Art. 6961; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4342; 2020, No. 31, Art. 5053) following changes:

1) in Item 3 of Article 12:

a) in paragraph one of the word "five thousand minimum wages established by the Federal Law for date of state registration of the state company" shall be replaced with words "five hundred thousand rubles";
