1. Approve enclosed:

the list of cases in case of which for construction, reconstruction of linear object does not need preparation of documentation on the layout of the territory;

the list of cases in case of which for construction, reconstruction of capital construction project does not need receipt of construction permit;

the list of cases in case of which creation of excavations during conducting mining operations does not require receipt of construction permit;

changes which are made to the list of types of objects which placement can be performed on the lands or the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property without provision of the parcels of land and establishment of servitudes, No. 1300 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 3, 2014 "About approval of the list of types of objects which placement can be performed on the lands or the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property without provision of the parcels of land and establishment of servitudes" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 50, Art. 7089; 2016, No. 19, Art. 2706; 2018, No. 28, Art. 4227).

1. Construction, reconstruction:

the construction, reconstruction of capital construction project does not require change of borders of zones with special conditions of use of the territories established in connection with placement of linear object;

total area of capital construction project does not exceed 1500 sq.m, height does not exceed 12 meters, the number of floors does not exceed 2 floors.

3. Construction, reconstruction of power networks, communication networks, networks of engineering facilities (warm, gazo-, water supply, water disposal) which placement is performed in one quarter, one residential district.

4. Construction, reconstruction in borders of strip of withdrawal of motor-roads of entrances, congresses and adjunctions, including transitional acceleration lanes, to objects of road service and (or) motor-roads, for construction which reconstruction does not need receipt of construction permit.

5. Construction, reconstruction of linear objects - air ducts of aspiration systems with a diameter no more than 3000 mm, water supply systems and conduits of all types with a diameter up to 700 mm, shlamoprovod with a diameter no more than 1200 mm and (or) railway tracks of uncommon use - in case of simultaneous observance of the following conditions:

the linear objects specified in paragraph one of this Item are not especially dangerous, technically difficult and unique objects;

placement of the linear objects specified in paragraph one of this Item is performed in borders of the territory of production facility;
