About determination of the priority directions of provision of innovative grants
According to the subitem 2) of Item 2 of article 100-1 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2015, I ORDER:
1. Determine the priority directions of provision of innovative grants according to appendix to this order.
1) the order of the Acting Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2015 No. 1163 "About determination of the priority directions of provision of innovative grants" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 12967, it is published on February 8, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let);
2) the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 22, 2017 No. 801 "About modification of the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2015 No. 1163 "About determination of the priority directions of provision of innovative grants" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 16134, it is published on December 28, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form).
3. To provide to department of innovative ecosystem of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
