1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of implementation by Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation in 2020 - 2022 of special social payment to the health and other workers of medical and other organizations (their structural divisions) providing medical care (participating in rendering, providing delivery of health care) on diagnostics and treatment of new koronavirusny infection (COVID-19), to the health workers contacting to patients with the established diagnosis of new koronavirusny infection (COVID-19);

changes which are made to Provisional rules of accounting of information for the purpose of prevention of spread of new koronavirusny infection (COVID-19) approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 31, 2020 No. 373 "About approval of Provisional rules of accounting of information for the purpose of prevention of spread of new koronavirusny infection (COVID-19)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 14, Art. 2127; No. 24, Art. 3794; No. 40, Art. 6286).

2. For the purpose of the state social support of health and other workers of medical and other organizations (their structural divisions) (except for the organizations subordinated to federal executive bodies in which the Federal Laws provide the military or equated to it service) to make monthly during the period from November 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022 special social payments for the normative change determined as one fifth durations of working hours a week, established for the corresponding employee category in the organization in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (further - normative change), to the following categories of the specified workers:

a) providing medical care (participating in rendering, providing delivery of health care) on diagnostics and treatment of new koronavirusny infection (COVID-19) according to the temporary procedure for the organization of work of the medical organizations established by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for the purpose of implementation of measures for prevention and decrease in risks of spread of new koronavirusny infection (COVID-19):

the doctors providing emergency medical service, the average medical personnel participating in rendering emergency medical service, the junior medical personnel providing rendering emergency medical service, mobile teams of emergency medical service - 2430 rubles, 1215 rubles, 950 rubles respectively for one normative change;

paramedics (nurses) on call acceptance of emergency medical service and transfer to their mobile teams of emergency medical service - 600 rubles for one normative change;

the doctors and health workers with the higher (not medical) education providing specialized medical care in stationary conditions, the average medical personnel participating in delivery of health care in stationary conditions, the junior medical personnel providing rendering specialized medical care in stationary conditions - 3880 rubles, 2430 rubles and 1215 rubles respectively for one normative change;

the doctors and health workers with the higher (not medical) education giving primary health care, the average medical personnel participating in rendering primary health care, the junior medical personnel providing rendering primary health care in out-patient conditions - 2430 rubles, 1215 rubles and 600 rubles respectively for one normative change;

doctors and health workers with the higher (not medical) education, average medical personnel, junior medical personnel of pathoanatomical bureaus and departments of the medical organizations conducting (providing carrying out) the pathoanatomical researches connected with new koronavirusny infection (COVID-19), - 3880 rubles, 2430 rubles and 1215 rubles respectively for one normative change;

the drivers of machines of mobile teams of emergency medical service including occupied in the organizations providing transport services when implementing medical evacuation of patients with new koronavirusny infection (COVID-19) - 1215 rubles for one normative change;

the members of flight crews of aircrafts of sanitary aircraft including occupied in the organizations providing transport services when implementing medical evacuation of patients with new koronavirusny infection (COVID-19) - 1215 rubles for one normative change;

b) doctors and health workers with the higher (not medical) education, the average medical personnel, junior medical personnel which are not providing medical care on diagnostics and treatment of new koronavirusny infection (COVID-19), but contacting to patients with the established diagnosis of new koronavirusny infection (COVID-19) in case of accomplishment of job responsibilities, - 2430 rubles, 1215 rubles, 600 rubles respectively for one normative change.
