considered at plenary meeting case on the constitutional representation of 47 People's Deputies of Ukraine concerning compliance of the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality) of separate provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" of October 14, 2014 No. 1700-VII (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 49, the Art. 2056) with changes, the Criminal code of Ukraine.

Having heard the judge-speaker Slidenko I. D. and having researched case papers, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine

established:

1. The person of law on the constitutional representation - 47 People's Deputies of Ukraine - appealed to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine with the petition to recognize not answering to the Constitution of Ukraine (are unconstitutional) separate provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" of October 14, 2014 No. 1700-VII with changes (further - the Law No. 1700), the Criminal code of Ukraine (further - UK of Ukraine).

People's Deputies of Ukraine ask to recognize not answering to the Constitution of Ukraine (are unconstitutional), Item provisions 8 parts one of Article 11, of Items 2, 10-1 parts one of Article 12, of paragraphs two, third Article parts one 47, of parts one, third Article 50, Articles 51, parts two of article 52 of the Law No. 1700, of article 366-1 UK of Ukraine.

Authors of the petition consider that the challenged provisions of the Law No. 1700, article 366-1 UK of Ukraine do not correspond to Article part two 3, of Article part two 6, to parts one, the second Article 8, of Article part two 19, Article 21, to parts one, the second Article 24, to parts one, the second Article 32, of Article part two 61, of Article part one 62, of Article part one 64, of part one of article 68 of the Constitution of Ukraine.

2. Constitutional court of Ukraine, resolving the questions which are brought up in the constitutional representation, proceeds from the following.
