About approval of the Regulations on conditions and procedure of activities for development and delivery of electrical energy with use of renewable energy resources
For the purpose of creation of conditions for development of renewable energy resources, according to article 8 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About renewable energy resources", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on conditions and procedure of activities for development and delivery of electrical energy with use of renewable energy resources according to appendix.
1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the tender for the right of construction of small hydroelectric power stations in the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 24, 2017 No. 175;
2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the tender for the right of construction of small hydroelectric power stations in the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 24, 2017 No. 175" of June 14, 2017 No. 377.
3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 30, 2020 No. 525
1. This Provision is developed according to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About power", "About power industry", "About renewable energy resources" and determines conditions and procedure of activities for development and delivery of electrical energy with use of renewable energy resources within the established quotas, out of quotas, on the contractual basis and for own needs made with use of renewable energy resources (further - RES).
2. In this Provision the following basic concepts are applied:
1) quotas of electrical energy - establishment of amount of electric powers of power stations with use of RES on regions and by types of RES for a certain period of time, paid for the maximum rate for final consumers, using the raising coefficient from power stations with use of RES;
2) types of the modes of activities in the field of RES - the modes of delivery and development of the electrical energy made with use of RES (delivery of electrical energy with use of RES within quotas, delivery of electrical energy with use of RES out of quotas, delivery of electrical energy with use of RES on contractual basis, development of electrical energy with use of RES for own needs);
3) delivery of electrical energy with use of RES within quotas - activities mode type in the field of RES in case of which delivery by the subject of RES of the electrical energy made with use of the RES installations within the quotas established by authorized state body on development of policy in the field of power is performed in network of the distributing companies for the maximum rate for final consumers, using the raising coefficient within grace period according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About renewable energy resources";
