According to Article part six 16, the paragraph of the fifth of part one of Article 18 and Item 11 parts one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About free legal aid", the Law of Ukraine "About personal data protection", to the subitem 29 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of realization of procedure for granting by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine of information on the income of physical persons of PRIKAZYVAYEM:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine for information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers on the income of physical persons on requests of the centers for provision of free legal aid which is attached.

2. Determine that provision of information according to the Procedure approved by this order is performed after creation by the Coordination center for provision of legal aid of complex system of information security with the confirmed compliance on own information and electronic communication systems (information resources) according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About information security in information and communication systems", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 29, 2006 No. 373 "About approval of Rules of ensuring information security in information, electronic communication and information and communication systems".

3. To management of justice and punitive justice (Oleynik A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine for information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers on the income of physical persons on requests of the centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance

1. This Procedure is developed for the purpose of realization of the mechanism of representation of GNS of information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers (further - the State register) about the income of physical persons according to Article part six 16, of the paragraph of the fifth of part one of Article 18 and Item 11 parts one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About free legal aid", the subitem 61 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State Tax Administration of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2019 No. 227, Procedure for processing of personal data in base of personal data - the State register of physical persons taxpayers, the approved order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of February 24, 2015 No. 210, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 12, 2015 for No. 278/26723.

Information exchange is performed exclusively electronically by technical means of electronic communications with observance of requirements of the laws of Ukraine "About personal data protection", "About information security in information and communication systems", "About electronic documents and electronic document management", "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services".

3. Information exchange is performed with use of information systems of the Coordination center for provision of legal aid (further - the Coordination center) and GNS means of system of electronic interaction of the state electronic information Trembita resources.
