About approval of the Instruction on assessment of level of safety hazard of civil aviation of Ukraine

According to article 87 of the Air code of Ukraine, Items 186 - the 188th Section XIII of the State program of aviation safety of the civil aviation approved by the Law of Ukraine of March 21, 2017 to No. 1965-VIII, the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (with changes), and for the purpose of proper implementation of assessment of threats and risks of aviation safety of civil aviation of Ukraine PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Approve the Instruction on assessment of level of safety hazard of civil aviation of Ukraine which is attached.
2. To provide to management of the air transportation:
submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
3. Recognize invalid the order of Public service of Ukraine on supervision of safety control of aircraft of June 5, 2006 as No. 399 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for ensuring aviation security during execution of air transportation and works outside Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 16, 2006 for No. 718/12592, and the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of May 11, 2007 No. 390/DSP "About approval of the Instruction on assessment of level of safety hazard of civil aviation of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 25, 2007 for No. 542/13809 (with changes).
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. I reserve control of execution of this order.
