1. Approve enclosed:

1) Regulations on the special economic zone "Chemical Taraz Park";

2) target indicators of the special economic zone "Chemical Taraz Park".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Regulations on the special economic zone "Chemical Taraz Park"

1. General provisions

1. The special economic zone "Chemical Taraz Park" (further - SEZ) is located in the territory of Shusky district of Jambyl area in borders according to the enclosed plan.

The territory of SEZ constitutes 516,6 of hectare and is integral part of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. SEZ is created for the purpose of development of Jambyl area by investment attraction and creation of highly effective, including high and competitive technology productions, development of releases of new types of products.

3. Activities of SEZ are regulated by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 3, 2019 "About special economic and industrial zones" (further - the Law), this Provision and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. The list of priority types of activity of SEZ answering the purpose of its creation and also procedure for inclusion of priority types of activity in the specified list are determined by the authorized state body performing state regulation in the field of creation, functioning and abolition of special economic and industrial zones in coordination with authorized body by state planning and authorized body on budgetary planning.

Implementation of activities of SEZ regarding ecological regulation is performed according to the ecological legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is based on rational and effective use of natural resources by means of creation of conditions for transition to sustainable development and environmental protection on the basis of balance of economic, social and ecological aspects of improvement of quality of life.

7. Final provisions

10. The conditions established in this Provision can change the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

11. Early abolition of SEZ is performed according to the Law.

12. The activities of SEZ which are not settled by this Provision are performed according to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Eurasian Economic Union.
