1. Approve the enclosed Rules on confirmation of conformity of information systems, technical, program and technical and software (products), technical means of information protection to requirements of information security.
2. To provide to committee on information security of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. These rules on confirmation of conformity of information systems, technical, program and technical and software (products), technical means of information protection to requirements of information security (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 20) of article 7-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 24, 2015 "About informatization" and determine procedure by confirmation of conformity of information systems, technical, program and technical and software (products), technical means of information protection to requirements of information security.
2. In these rules the following basic concepts and reducings are used:
1) information security in the field of informatization (further – information security) – condition of security of electronic information resources, information systems and information and communication infrastructure from external and internal threats;
2) body for confirmation of conformity – the legal entity accredited in accordance with the established procedure for performance of works on confirmation of conformity.
3. Confirmation of conformity of information systems, technical, program and technical and software (products), technical means of information protection to requirements of information security are carried out on voluntary basis at the initiative of the owner and (or) the object owner of informatization, or persons authorized by them according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 9, 2004 "About technical regulation".
4. Confirmation of conformity of information systems, technical, program and technical and software (products), technical means of information protection to requirements of information security is carried out according to the Single requirements in the field of information and communication technologies and information security support approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 20, 2016 No. 832.
5. Confirmation of conformity of information systems, technical, program and technical and software (products), technical means of information protection to requirements of information security the bodies for confirmation of conformity accredited according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2008 "About accreditation in the field of assessment of conformity" carry out.
6. The procedure for the conclusion of agreements on carrying out confirmation of conformity of information systems, technical, program and technical and software (products), technical means of information protection to requirements of information security by bodies for confirmation of conformity is determined according to the Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 27, 1994.
